 Description

  
 

You may  enter through a front door ( garden door ) or a backdoor which head you straight to the patio and the garage. In the low level there is a living room with a large table for 6 or 8 persons, sofas and chairs. There is also a toilet ( shower WC, and washbasin )a full furniture kitchen, equipped with fridge, 4 burner hob, toaster oven, microwave ,  dishwasher  and other facilities. A 6*4m patio is at the back of the house with a table and chairs for 4. The washing machine is in this patio.

The garage is communicated along a communal hall at 25 meter. A remote control for the garage will be supply .
At the first floor, 2 sea view bedrooms and two double bedrooms. there are two completed bathrooms one of them en-suite.

From the master bedroom a door lead onto the terrace with stunning view of the beach

 Sevilla 85 km and Huelva 52. Sevilla airport 1 hour by car and Faro airport 90 minutes. Rocio 15 Km, Parque colombino 40 km, Donana park 1 km, Cadiz 180 km. The Mousli beach 15 km. Other unspoilt beaches nearby.

Local activities:

 Swimming and sport with relationship with water like, sailing ,  fishing,  wind-surfing. There are nice paths for mountain biking and 4x4 motor,  Theme Park in Seville. ( Isla Mágica ) tennis, ride horse golf, museum and sightseeing.

Notes:

Linen and towels are provided. The satellite set is only for  Free satellite channels. Smoking permitted but please, be careful with furniture. Cots available in all bedrooms. For internet access, there is a internet coffee   150 meter from the house: Discounts for long terms renters, children welcome. We enjoy a blue flag beach, so it as a certificate that the beach fit all request for swimming

Matalascanas is a beautiful tourist town which sits near Donana Natural Park, one of the biggest bird reserve of Europe. If you are a golf lover, this is the perfect place to spend your holidays as the golf course is 150 meter behind the house. It is also a very suitable accommodation for those who are looking relax, gastronomy, sailing or sightseeing as Matalascanas is closed to Huelva, Sevilla, Rocio and other interesting places

800€/week for the first to week and 850€/week from 16 to 30.   

July, August

1400 € per week in July and 1550 € in August

September

850 € per week

October

750 € per week. 1350 € for two weeks
