Located in Matalascanas, 80 km from Seville and 50 from Huelva, this holiday accommodation comprise 3 bedrooms for 7 sleeps and two bed sofa for two extra people. A porch with private garden and two swimming-pool allow customers enjoy relaxing and exciting holidays. There are two bathrooms and for those who come by car, there is a public parking close to the house.

In the kitchen, there is a blender, a toaster, a microwave, a washing machine and refrigerator and household utensils like pot, pans and dishes. Bed linen supply and towels

Distances	Sevilla 85 km and Huelva 52. Sevilla airport 1 hour by car and Faro airport 90 minutes. Rocio 15 Km, Parque colombino 40 km, Donana park 1 km, Cadiz 180 km. The Mousli beach 15 km. Other unspoilt beaches nearby.
Local activities:	Swimming and sport with relationship with water like, sailing , fishing, wind-surfing. There are nice paths for mountain biking and 4x4 motor, Theme Park in Seville. ( Isla Mágica ) tennis, ride horse golf, museum and sightseeing.
Notes:	In summer, the minimum period to rent is two weeks ( a natural fortnight ). In the rest of the year, minimum a week. Sheets and towels are provided. In order to do a reservation, a bank transfer must be made to a bank account with an amount of 30%. The rest of the money should hand on the arriving day. Please bring your own beach towels. Tenants are obliged to respect the rules set out in the community regarding the use of the pool and gardens.

Area Information

Matalascañas offers, in addition to its excellent beaches, clear alternatives to leisure and sport. On the one hand, equestrian activities closed where the "piedra" is or ask for el Parque dunar.In the same area, the park dunes, the marine museum and the area of bars and clubs. Also, restaurants serve excellent dishes, especially fish. On the beach, we are sailing schools, hire jet skis and Katamaran of course, and so on. If you like wild life, do a visit to Doñana park where you are able to see the wild life of this Biosphere reserve on a 4x4 special car

June	550€/week for the first two week and 700€/week from 16 to 30.
July, August	700 € per week in July and 800 € in August . Minimum two wekks
September	from 550 to 700 € per week.
October	Prices from 300 € to 450 € per week. 300 € if stay more than 4 weeks
